Ana Juan (Valencia, 1961) is a Spanish illustrator, winner of the 2010 National Illustration Award.
Graduated in Fine Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 1982, she began collaborating the following year with the magazines La Luna de Madrid and Madriz, contributing to them her only comics to date,1 all in black white and with expressionist overtones.
In 1988 he held his first solo exhibition at the Notuno Gallery in Geneva.
In 1994 she spent three months in Japan, on a scholarship from Kodansha Publishing House.2
In 1995, his first cover appeared in The New Yorker, which many more would follow.3
For two consecutive years (1998 and 1999), he obtained the Gold Medal in the illustration category from the Society of Newspaper Design
