Ángel de la Peña

Ángel de la Peña. Artist. He was born in 1955 in Madrid, Spain. He resides in Madrid, Spain.

He studied architecture but very soon decided to dedicate his life to painting. In 1987 he was a finalist for one of the most prestigious awards on the artistic scene, Blanco y Negro. He has exhibited in thousands of galleries around the world, collects awards and medals and his work is in important private collections in Spain and abroad, as well as in museums, embassies and institutions. Not in vain, he was the first Spaniard to exhibit at the Shanghai Sculpture Museum with the prestigious Artincapitals Art Gallery.
