Collection: Hanoos Hanoos

Abuzaydun Hanoos (Kufa, Iraq, 1958) is a painter, engraver and teacher of Spanish nationality. He studied Fine Arts at the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad (from 1974 to 1979), obtained a bachelor's degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (1985) and in 1991 a doctorate from the same university.

As of 2012, Hanoos has held fifty-three national and international exhibitions and won thirty-five painting awards. In addition to his canvases, he makes engravings in his own circle. Among his work, the series Semblantes, Confronted Perspectives, Itineraries, the collection of portraits and his monumental work Bagdad are worth highlighting.
