Collection: Luis Moro
Born in Segovia in 1969, Luis Moro is an artist who has had, from a very early age, significant international dissemination of his work. At barely twenty-one years old he presented his first individual exhibition in a gallery in Paris (Galerie 53, Paris, 1991) and, after that, he has had individual exhibitions in Rome, Prague, Berlin, Brussels, Porto, Milan, in several cities in the United States and, more recently, in the prestigious Museum of Mexico City, the city in which he usually resides.
His work as an artist has evolved from figurative painting, mixed with a strong almost abstract expressionism, to installation and exploration of the expressive resources of new technologies. In fact, he has developed his own computer resource that allows the viewer to see how moving images emerge from his paintings.
